Arte Libro is the creation of Sofía Valenzuela and Sofía Uriarte, a mother-daughter duo working between Chile and Spain. They blend literature, history, and art through creative recycling. Driven by their love for antique books, they transform them into three dimensional sculptures where words are given a new life.

Carolina Sánchez de Movellán and Carlos Ortiz de Zúñiga, founders of Sol&Luna, have been running the family business for over 20 years, shaping the ordinary into the extraordinary through the Art of leather. Simple pieces end up becoming true object of desire. A collection that has transcended borders with its leather furniture and contemporary craftsmanship.

Using a meticulous folding technique with Arte Libro each piece becomes a tribute to literature, reviving its essence and offering a unique visual experience. Their work unfolds as an innovative aesthetic, tailored made for art collectors and book lovers, proving that literature can surpass the page and become contemporary art.

Sol&Luna has designed the leather stands on which these recycled paper sculptures rest, crafted with the most traditional leatherwork techniques, from covering the surface in leather to the cross stitching of every edge. This marks the birth of a unique collaboration between art and craftsmanship, resulting in an exceptional design.
